ENTRY LEVEL - Equipment Engineer (IVI)

Job Description

To support strategic manufacturing initiatives, the Assembly Engineering department requires an entry-level engineer to be onboarded in Q1'26. This role is aligned with critical projects (Automation of IVI) that directly impact quality, productivity, and cost.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support project-specific initiatives such as IVI automation and process simplification
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts.
• Assist in equipment qualification, tooling characterization, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sustaining engineering, quality, and production.
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve process stability, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities
