About the Company

Our client is a U.S.-based real estate company that helps large businesses find specific types of properties — often before they're listed for sale.

They work with clients in logistics, retail, infrastructure, and other industries that need land or buildings in key locations. The team identifies properties that match what the client needs, then reaches out to the owners with potential offers.

You'll help by doing the research that powers this work.

What You'll Do

This is a hybrid outbound + research role designed to remove friction in off-market acquisition workflows. You'll own the space between we have a parcel and we're speaking to the right decision-maker, combining live calls with real-time investigative research to keep leads alive and accurate.
