The successful candidate will become a part of our dynamic recruiting team and will offer support in various recruitment efforts, making sure that only the most qualified linguists are selected to become a part of our team by screening them based on their experience, education, specializations, clearances, certifications, and the client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers/leaders to understand their recruiting needs to create and execute an effective recruiting strategy
• Review the job description carefully to have complete clarity and understanding of the need/expectation.
• Create and manage job postings on different platforms. Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of various positions.
