                    Job Description  Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks 
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases 
Managing employee benefits and compensation packages 
Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations 
Managing employee separation processes 
Assignment of individual employees to different roles 
Processing of payroll in a timely manner. 
Constructing company policies to minimize conflicts, address legal concerns, and enhance efficiency of employees
