Entry Level Technical Writer

Position Overview:

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality documentation that clearly communicates technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM, Onsite

Office Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
 
Key Responsibilities:

+ Writing user manuals, release notes, scripts, newsletter articles, posters, and other internal documents.


+ Developing scripts and content for interactive training materials and internal communication materials.


+ Researching available product information and coordinating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.


+ Testing technical features of software to determine the most effective and user-friendly instructions.
