Responsibilities

What You’ll Do (Position Description)

As aHousekeeper you will uphold a conscientious, thorough, self-motivated day-to-day mindset.You are responsible formaintaining a clean and healthy patient care environment that will surely evoke smiles and thank you’s from patients and staff alike.In order to uphold a sanitary, safe and risk-free environment you will work within OSHA regulations.You will also be responsible for responding to ad-hoc requestsin a timely manner and initiating communication by walkie-talkies.

Contributions to Team Success (Job Duties/Responsibilities)

  • Maintain assigned areas such as, but not limited to:patient rooms, common areas on and off the units, waiting areas, hallways and business offices
  • Clean and maintain carts and equipment used, replenishing supplies, collecting waste, sanitizing garbage receptacles
