Requirements

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong understanding of environmental education, sustainability, outdoor learning, and child‑centred pedagogy.
• Knowledge and practical understanding of Forest School principles and outdoor learning approaches.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management in educational settings.
• Excellent understanding of effective teaching and learning practices.
• Qualification or training in sustainability, environmental science, conservation, or outdoor education.
• Experience supporting eco accreditations or sustainability awards.
