Job Description
As an Environment Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-level and diverse 3D and environments for use in live-action VFX using a generalist skillset.Assess the most efficient methodology per environment brief along with Lead and/or Supervisor Receive and respond to artistic/technical direction and feedback Approaches will vary from a Matte Painting projection setups, through full 3D asset builds using bespoke and procedural tools Provide and acquire photographic reference materials Perform tasks related to integrating imagery into shots and preserving a unified sense of lighting, perspective, and color Use photography, practical, and digital skills to create photoreal 3D environments Revise work based on client and supervisor feedback in a timely manner Communicate clearly with production regarding schedule and task assignments Manage scene files and hand off work to...
