Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Working location: Olak Lempit Banting, Selangor
The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE regulations across the plant, off-sites, and logistics operations. The HSE Manager supports ISO certification implementation, conducts quarterly audits, and collaborates with the Compliance Manager on regulatory matters. Additionally, to maintain the SHO Green Book and advise management on necessary actions for HSE compliance.
Responsibilities:
To be overall responsible for the day-to-day compliance monitoring and enforcement for HSE issues in particular for the plant, off sites and logistics operations
To be overall responsible for the implementation of the Contractor Management including but not limited to Permit to Work and Visitor Registration.
To ensure the conduct of Contractor Safety Briefing; Contractor Pass Management; and other PPE Management for Contractors.
