Environment, Health and Safety Manager

The Environmental Health and Safety Manager supports DeZURIK’s Canadian sites (Cambridge, Ontario, and Leduc, Alberta) and the Redmond, Washington site, serving as the primary EHS contact for team members and site leadership. Based in Cambridge, this role provides EHS support and directs the implementation of programs necessary to develop a proactive safety culture, provides management of a comprehensive safety system that controls cost and risk, and focuses on cultural safety improvements with leading and lagging indicators across all three locations.The EHS Manager will implement and lead a Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program focused on fostering complete trust and cooperation between leadership and team members. This role serves as the environmental steward for the locations, ensuring that all environmental compliance is in accordance with Federal, State, County, City and Provincial regulatory requirements.
