Environment, Health and Safety Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the implementation, improvement, and compliance of workplace safety and environmental management systems. This role will drive initiatives aligned with international standards and help the organization work toward certifications such as IMS (Integrated Management System) by establishing solid frameworks for compliance and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict compliance with environmental and labor regulatory agencies such as DENR , DOLE , and other relevant bodies.

• Manage and monitor the EHS budget, ensuring all initiatives are carried out efficiently and within financial limits.

• Establish and periodically test emergency preparedness and response plans to address incidents such as fire, chemical exposure, or workplace accidents.
