Environment, Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced EH&S Manager to lead Environment, Health & Safety programs at our manufacturing operations in Mexico. This role is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance, protecting people and assets, and driving a world-class safety culture. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in Mexican legislation, fire protection, and explosive atmospheres , along with exceptional leadership skills and full English/Spanish bilingual fluency . Key Responsibilities ✅ Ensure full compliance with Mexican EH&S regulations (NOMs, STPS, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, local/state authorities). ✅ Lead fire protection programs aligned with NFPA and FM Global standards. ✅ Oversee design, maintenance, and performance of fire detection and suppression systems. ✅ Manage risks related to explosive atmospheres, flammable gases and liquids. ✅ Drive EH&S management systems (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) and continuous improvement initiatives. ✅ Lead regulatory inspections, internal/external audits, an...
