HSE Manager – Offshore Drilling Operations (Wildcat Semi-Submersible Rig)
Position Summary
The HSE Manager shall be based at the Mumbai Head Office and will be responsible for providing strategic HSE leadership, governance, compliance oversight, risk management, and operational support for the Company‘s Semi-Submersible Offshore Drilling Rig operations in Mexico.
The incumbent will work closely with the Offshore Installation Manager (OIM), Rig Management Team, Mexico Base Office, Corporate Management, Contractors, and Client Representatives to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient drilling operations. The role will focus on strengthening HSE management systems, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting rig activation and operational readiness, managing incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement across offshore operations.
