Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator- Mat leave replacement (Full-time or Part-time)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The EHS Coordinator will be responsible for all Environment, Health & Safety initiative program, policies across Canada, supporting all Canadian Operations across the main operations bases, head office and warehouses.

• Propose and implement prevention strategies and programs thus contributing to the establishment of a culture focused on the reporting of incidents and on the coaching of supervisors;
• Analyze trends in accidents, incidents and inspections and prepare corrective action plans;
• Manage the EH&S reports in SMS Pro;
• Collect, analyze the health and safety statistical reports and communicate key performance indicators to the manager;
• Ensure our Emergency Response Plan is updated and communicated annually;
• Promote the prevention of workplace accidents across all company sites;
