Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will drive world class EHSS performance in a Research and Development laboratory environment. Role is focused on Chemistry Safety, Risk Assessment and Safety Engineering.

In depth understanding of small molecules, chemistry, and biology laboratory operations is required to ensure EHSS requirements are met. The candidate is expected to have strong leadership skills to affect change and influence R&D leadership to achieve and drive change and improvement through proactive process improvements by:

+ Delivering results through influence and communicating effectively with clients and through practical integration of EHS processes with business practices.
+ Independently take actions to drive improvement in EHS performance in key program areas.
