Environment Lead

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate environmental policies, standards, and minimum requirements applicable across all TBG assets
• Provide governance oversight for compliance with ECCs, PTOs, hazardous waste requirements, SMR/CMR submissions, and other DENR permits
• Lead and continuously improve the corporate Environmental Management System (ISO 14001–aligned)
• Develop and maintain the enterprise environmental risk register and ensure risk controls are implemented at site level
• Govern environmental incident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action effectiveness
• Provide environmental leadership for new and emerging technologies (e.g., BESS) including permitting readiness and risk assessment
• Conduct or govern internal environmental audits and management reviews
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact to TBG operations
