Environment Officer

About the role

Wullersdorf Resources SDN BHD is seeking a talented and dedicated Environment Officer to join our team in Tawau District, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring our mining operations adhere to all relevant environmental regulations and industry best practices.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement environmental management plans to mitigate the impact of our mining activities
2. Monitor environmental conditions and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
3. Conduct environmental audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
4. Collaborate with government agencies and other stakeholders on environmental matters
5. Provide training and guidance to operational staff on environmental practices
6. Prepare detailed reports on environmental performance and compliance
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest environmental regulations and industry standards
