Job Summary

The Regional ESH Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing environmental, safety, and occupational health programs across multiple sites within a designated region. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, reduces workplace risks, and promotes a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.
• Maintain required permits, licenses, and reporting.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies such as Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Environmental Protection Agency (or equivalent authorities in applicable country).

Safety Program Management

• Develop and implement regional ESH policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
