Responsible for development and implementation of processes required to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**

+ Support implementation and compliance in support of nuclear power stations of air and water discharge permits, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure, Waste Management (Hazardous, Non-hazardous, universal, etc.), Toxic Substances Control Act, Resource Conservation & Recovery Act, Green House Gas, Tier II.
