Coordinate the small projects of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and grounds coordinates activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining facility boiler systems, pumps, HVAC systems, plumbing, water and sewage systems, Energy Management Systems (EMS), security systems and other building components.
Ensure that appropriate service manuals, technical manuals and blueprints are available, current and utilized during preventive maintenance, repair, and/or replacement procedures.
In addition, has overall responsibility for supervising a shift or department operation.
