Environmental Compliance Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Scheduled Waste Management
Oversee the handling, storage, labeling, and disposal of scheduled wastes (e.g., SW104) in full compliance with the Environmental Quality (Scheduled Wastes) Regulations 2005.

Environmental Control Systems (APCS & IETS)
Monitor and supervise the performance and operation of the Bag Filter Dust Collector System (CePBFO) and Industrial Effluent Treatment System (CePIETSO-PCP) to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal efficiency.

e-SWIS & DOE Reporting
Manage waste inventory in the e-SWIS system and ensure all required environmental reports are prepared accurately and submitted to the Department of Environment (DOE) within deadlines.

Regulatory Liaison & Compliance
Serve as the main contact person with DOE officers. Maintain Environment Mainstreaming Tools (EMT) and ensure full compliance with the Environmental Quality Act 1974 and related regulations.
