JOB SUMMARY:

The Environmental Compliance Officer (ECO) is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all applicable environmental laws, regulations, permits, and standards issued by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and other regulatory agencies. The ECO monitors environmental performance, prepares required reports, implements environmental programs, and promotes sustainable practices within company operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure full compliance with DENR, EMB, LGU, and other environmental regulatory requirements.
2. Prepare, submit, and maintain environmental permits, licenses, and reports such as ECC, PCO accreditation, SMR, CMR, and waste manifests.
3. Monitor company operations to ensure adherence to environmental standards on waste management, emissions, wastewater, and hazardous materials.
