Environmental Quality Audit

1. 100% of the following inspection units: entrance and lobby, lift cars, planter boxes and containers, porches, pavement, aprons, sidewalks, external game courts, carpark, driveway, hard standing, loading and unloading bay, field, gardens, side tables, bin centre / bin chute.
2. 50% of the following inspection units: classrooms, lecture halls, auditoriums, laboratories, offices, staff rooms, special rooms, rooftop, common staircase / landings / steps / common areas, toilets, external compound and handrails.
3. During each Environmental Quality Audit, representatives from the appointed Integrated Facilities Management Company (“IFMC”) shall be present.
4. To validate that the appointed IFMC cleaning and disinfection standards are in compliance with the ES Programme as mandated by NEA for all sites; and
5. To validate that all documentations (eg. Indoor Air Quality (“IAQ
