The Opportunity
Wajax Limited is currently seeking a full-time Permanent Safety Advisor. This job position is an in-person position with required travel. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong Health and safety administration background with keen communication skills. This role requires both office and shop/field time allocation. Wajax EH&S team prides themselves on building lasting relationships within all teams ensuring we provide invaluable collaboration to strengthen the abilities to lead the Organizational core values. 
The Role
Key Accountabilities for this role include:
Support, participate in and offer coaching to staff and leadership.

Conducts in-person and virtual site tours, ensuring effective safety practices while providing advice, guidance, and coaching

Support remote branches through regular communication and virtual assistance.
