Environmental Health & Safety Advisor

The Opportunity

Wajax Limited is currently seeking a full-time Permanent Safety Advisor. This is an in-person role with required travel. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Health & Safety administration and demonstrates excellent communication skills. This role requires both office and shop/field time allocation. The Wajax EH&S team prides itself on building strong, collaborative relationships across all departments, ensuring we provide meaningful support that strengthens leadership capabilities and aligns with our organizational core values.

The Role

• Support, participate in and offer coaching to staff and leadership.
• Conduct in-person and virtual site tours, ensuring effective safety practices while providing advice, guidance, and coaching.
• Support remote branches through regular communication and virtual assistance.
• Collaborate with leadership & JHSC with clients and external HS related matters.
