As an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team based in Kitchener, ON and reporting to the DC Site Leader.

What You Will Do

• Ensuring all data on EHS is entered on time on the EHS website
• Developing, completing and filing all necessary documentation and/or reports in accordance with applicable reporting and record keeping requirements on EHS Web for SBD
• Maintaining a compliance calendar for all required activities and reporting obligations for facilities
• Developing and maintaining all environmental, health, and safety programs for division
• Identify, participate in and/or lead agency inspection response requirements
• Understanding solid and hazardous waste laws and regulations applicable to the facility’s wastes; identifying hazardous and non-hazardous wastes, and ensuring the proper management and disposal of such wastes ...
