Environmental Permits & Liaison Officer

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering or Business Administration.
• Strong understanding of DENR regulations, ECC requirements, and the overall environmental permitting process.
• Ability to coordinate and build working relationships with government agencies, including LGUs, DENR, DOE, and others.
• Experience in the gasoline station, petroleum, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and field coordination skills.
• Willingness to conduct site visits and assist with regulatory inspections.
