Environmental Services Attendant for Maternal & Child Care

Support hygiene and patient care as an Environmental Services Attendant at Humber River Health. This part-time role ensures cleanliness in the Operating Room and PACU for quality care.
Your duties will focus on maintaining sterile environments, enabling healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Among your tasks, you will clean surgery areas, execute changeover procedures, and manage waste disposal. A background in hospitality or operating room cleaning will serve you well in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of the Operating Room and PACU
• Perform operating room changeovers efficiently
• Dust and mop holding areas and washrooms
• Collect and dispose of garbage and linens
• Stock supplies as needed in Birthing Rooms and PACU
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education required
• Proficient in English communication
• Housekeeping experience is a plus
