Environmental Services Supervisor

Your role at St John of God Berwick Hospital
We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Supervisor at St John of God Health Care. In this role, you will be accountable for managing all environmental caregivers to ensure a high-quality cleaning service is maintained across three sites: Berwick Hospital, Frankston Hospital, and Langmore Centre.

You will oversee daily environmental duties, including patient room and common area cleaning, supply and equipment management, and adherence to infection control, financial, and hospital policies. This is a permanent part-time role for 32 hours a fortnight, this includes weekend work.

The Position:

• Closely monitor productivity targets ensuring the WHPPD targets are achieved in line with correct daily rosters.

• Liaise with all environmental caregivers to ensure effective use of resources, caregivers, equipment and facilities.
