As Environmental Social Governance Reporting Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Novartis measures, governs, and communicates its sustainability performance.
This highly visible position sits at the intersection of finance, governance, and sustainability, where you will ensure accurate, auditable, and timely reporting of non financial Environmental, Social, and Governance metrics.
Partnering closely with Chief Financial Officers and senior stakeholders across countries and functions, you will help navigate evolving regulatory standards, strengthen governance, and support impactful sustainability initiatives that drive trusted decision making across the organization.
