CIMA+’s Earth and Environment team is looking for a Natural Environment Team Lead to support technical delivery, team development, and business growth. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team of biologists, environmental professionals, and field technicians who deliver expertise in field programs, natural heritage studies, and environmental reporting across the infrastructure, energy, transportation, and land development sectors for public and private clients.

This role offers a hybrid work model with flexible hours, remote work options, and access to offices in Ottawa, Gatineau, or southern Ontario (including Kitchener, Guelph, Burlington, Mississauga, Toronto, and Bowmanville).
