Job Description

 Technical Material Submittals review and approval for conformity with CEMP/LEED and project’s related contract specs.
 Review the Environmental, Sustainability and LEED Construction Plans prepared by the Contractor, and monitor their site implementation and required monthly reports:
 Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan
 Construction Waste Management Plan
 Construction Material Procurement Strategy and LEED implementation plan
 Construction Indoor Air Quality Plan
 Review LEED relevant construction works method statements and shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications under LEED and environmental best practice.Review following updated LEED calculations:
 Interior and Exterior Light Power Densities [LPD] calculations.
 Regional Materials procurement costs
 Recycled Content Materials procurement costs
 Updated Thermal Calculations for the curtain walls and buildings envelop
