You’ll partner with leadership and employees to deliver proactive human resources support across all areas of the business, including employee/industrial relations, performance management, employee engagement, training and development, succession planning, and reporting. 

• Work closely with leadership teams to ensure the effective implementation and management of Fortescue People policies, practices and procedures that provide an optimal working environment
• Promote Fortescue’s culture and values through positive role modelling and every day engagement
• Provide high level coaching/mentoring to both leaders and the workforce
• Support leaders with organisational reviews as required
• Drive regular Fortescue People initiatives, in line with agreed timelines
