EOI - Mental Health Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Specialist to join our Workers’ Compensation team. In this role, you will provide expert support and guidance on psychological and mental health claims, with a strong focus on early intervention, recovery at work, and positive return-to-work outcomes.

You will work collaboratively with case managers, employers, treating practitioners and other stakeholders to ensure best practice, evidence-based approaches are applied to support injured workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice on mental health injury claims

• Support case managers with strategy, planning and risk identification

• Review medical reports and recommend appropriate interventions
