Job Title: EOT Crane Operator / Gantry Crane Operator
Industry: Steel / Heavy Engineering / Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
• Operate rail-mounted gantry and EOT cranes as per manufacturer guidelines, SOPs, and Qatar Steel HSE regulations
• Lift, move, and accurately position materials such as billets and rebar using electromagnets, hooks, and slings
• Assess load assembly, identify center of gravity, and ensure load safety before lifting
• Operate crane controls including levers, pedals, and buttons to manage hoist movement, speed, and direction
• Follow written, verbal, and signal instructions during crane operations
• Perform daily cleaning, inspection, and routine maintenance of cranes and lifting equipment
• Report equipment defects and ensure safe working conditions at all time...
