EP Consultant

**Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Pass (EP) Consultant to manage end-to-end Employment Pass administration and oversee consultant records, ensuring full compliance with local immigration laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies. The EP Consultant will act as a subject-matter expert on Employment Pass matters and consultant documentation, working closely with internal stakeholders and relevant authorities.

Employment Pass & Immigration Management

• Manage the full lifecycle of Employment Pass applications, including new applications, renewals,

cancellations, and variations.

• Ensure all Employment Pass applications and documentation comply with local immigration laws,

regulations, and internal policies.

• Prepare, review, and submit Employment Pass applications accurately and within prescribed

timelines.
