EPC Deputy Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Localization Management: Support the General Manager in leading the localization of EPC projects in Malaysia, ensuring that project milestones and quality standards meet corporate expectations.
• Strategic Integration: Coordinate and integrate execution plans between the Chinese technical team and local partners to ensure alignment in management objectives, technical standards, and construction schedules.
• Regulatory Compliance: Lead engagements with Malaysian government authorities (including CIDB, DOSH, ST, etc.), subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure full compliance with local laws and industry regulations.
• Decision Support: Provide professional solutions and drive implementation strategies to address policy, technical, or environmental challenges encountered during local project execution.
