Epic analyst – ambulatory/clindoc

We are looking for:Healthcare IT Systems Analyst
Location: (Onsite in MTY or GDL)
Experience: 1-2+ years in Epic Ambulatory or Epic Clin DocTechnical IT Experience Required
We are looking for candidates who have a strong IT background, specifically in:
System Implementation: Full lifecycle experience in deploying enterprise software across large hospital networks.
Database & Configuration: Expert-level build experience—managing master files, category lists, and complex system logic.
Troubleshooting & Support: Experience managing high-priority (P1/P2) technical tickets using Service Now, Cherwell, or similar ITIL re Systems Expertise (Epic & Alternatives)
Candidates must have certification in either Epic Ambulatory or Epic Clin Doc.Technical Skill Set
Interoperability: Knowledge of HL7 messaging, API integrations, and telehealth technical setups.
Mobile & Digital Tech: Technical configuration of mobile platforms like Haiku, Canto, or patient-facing apps.
