Epic HB Charging Analyst

CTG is seeking a highly skilled **Certified Epic HB Charging Analyst** to support and optimize hospital charging workflows within the Epic system. This role requires deep Epic expertise and a strong understanding of **revenue cycle operations** , with a focus on charge capture accuracy, compliance, and end-to-end billing performance.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with revenue cycle, clinical, and IT teams to ensure efficient charging processes that support clean claims and maximize reimbursement.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Support, maintain, and optimize **Epic HB Charging workflows** , including charge router, charge review work queues, and charge edits
+ Act as a subject matter expert for **charge capture and charging processes** within the hospital billing lifecycle
