The Epitaxy Operator will work closely with the manufacturing and engineering teams to operate CVD equipment, wafer processing, and wafer characterization tools. Responsibilities include preparing and loading semiconductor wafers; operating epitaxy equipment; checking system status; safety monitoring; and operating materials characterization equipment. Qualifications desired but not required for this position are 3+ years of experience with semiconductor fabrication and/or material deposition processes, the ability to follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety requirements, the ability to work in a highly motivated team, excellent organizational skills, and excellent time management skills.
