**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Associate degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent industry experience.
+ 3 years of experience in Epitaxy semiconductor/wafer processing.
+ Experience in operations and working with metrology tools and measurements.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ 3 years of experience in semiconductor processing, specifically in epitaxial crystal growth.
+ Experience in daily operation of an epitaxial deposition chamber.
+ Experience with Aixtron, Veeco, or TNSC reactor.
+ Knowledge of SPC and general process control.
