Job Description

About the Role We are looking for an EPM Support Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Endpoint Privileged Management (EPM) platforms across Windows, Unix/Linux, and database environments.

The role focuses on L2/L3 support, troubleshooting policy/agent issues, enabling RBAC adoption, assisting deployments, and providing user enablement across global teams.

What You'll Do • Provide L2/L3 support for EPM platforms and endpoint agents in production.
• Monitor EPM agent health, connectivity, and compliance; proactively remediate failures.
• Troubleshoot privilege elevation failures, policy conflicts, install/upgrade issues, and performance problems.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and support documentation; contribute to RCA and problem management.
• Assist deployment teams in rolling out EPM across Windows, Linux/Unix, and database environments.
