+ 3–5 years of experience in a production application support with a solid understanding of ITIL processes.
+ Strong working knowledge of Linux
+ Hands-on experience with Splunk and familiarity with various monitoring tools.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proven capability in managing escalations.
+ Experience in managing L1/L2 incidents and service requests.
