EPR Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented EPR Assistant to support our Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators in preparing accurate Energy Performance Reports (EPRs) for ECO4 retrofit projects across the UK. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, basic technical knowledge of energy efficiency, and a desire to contribute to sustainable housing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Retrofit Assessors in compiling and formatting data required for EPR generation
• Input property survey data into relevant software platforms (e.g., Elmhurst, Stroma)
• Organize and maintain property documents, floor plans, photographs, and occupancy details
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all required information is received on time
• Review EPR drafts for completeness and formatting accuracy
• Maintain proper naming conventions, file management, and record-keeping
