Circular Energy NPC is a Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO) registered with the Department of Forestry, Fisheries, and the Environment (DFFE). The organisation supports its members in meeting compliance obligations for identified products specified in Section Sector Notices. Circular Energy NPC administers a nationwide take-back scheme for the collection, recycling, and environmentally sound management of waste electrical and electronic equipment, batteries, lighting and lighting equipment, paper, packaging and single use products, and lubricant oil, in alignment with Section Sector Notices.
