Job Description
- Performs bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies per work instructions, Bill of Materials, and best practices.
- Demonstrate ability to use electronic and pneumatic tools to build product.
- Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the Quality Department per the defined reject process.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition to 6S standards.
- Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on equipment as required per PM requirements
- Operates both stationary and moving overhead cranes as necessary.
- Operates hand pallet jack as necessary.
- Works at the directions of the Department Supervisor and Team Leads.
- Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.
- Participates in team meetings and projects.
- Works effectively in a team environment.
