Define the EPS/ESP diagnostic strategy in China and work closely with supplier for development
Plan and execute the EPS/ESP diagnostic validation and release
Closely collaborate with EPS/ESP development team, vehicle testing teams and suppliers to follow up EPS/ESP relevant issues
Lead the EPS/ESP issue resolution incl. root cause analysis, countermeasure development, countermeasure validation and releases etc. 
Support EPS/ESP component development in China in the Chassis Team
Support component development according to Mercedes-Benz Development System (MDS)
