Overview:
She/He will be responsible of Quality Rules application on shop floor following: ISO 9001, ISO/TS 22163, Special Processes and APSYS requirements.
Management of site industrial quality performance (CONQ, Demerit, Defects Per Unit,) to promote problem solving QRQC tool usage, Quality Animation, no quality issues reducing and continuous improvement mindset.
Specific responsibilities of the role:
Functionally manages the Industrial Quality Team Ways of Working on shop floor based on site view balanced between projects.
Promote a balanced Quality Methods, Resources, Process and Tools between projects needs.
Focal point / animation of Industrial Quality Process Review and SIPOC analysis.
Promote Alstom Quality School and General Quality Trainings program as required.
Ensure Special Processes control application as set in respectives DTRF's standards.
