Summary This position serves as a senior level manager responsible for the Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Employment (EEO/AE), Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and external Civil Rights (CR) functions for a Medical Center in the Veterans Health Administration, a major organization within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Responsibilities The duties related to this position include but are not limited to the following: The incumbent performs related program and administrative management functions, such as planning, evaluation, training, correspondence control, and special projects including serving on boards or committees involving strategic workforce planning, EEO/AE, D&I, ADR, and CR, and related program areas.
