Job Description
Drive organizational change at Equifax Canada as a Change Enablement Manager. Your leadership will be key in aligning teams with new initiatives and ensuring successful transitions.
As the Change Enablement Manager, you'll create and lead execution of effective strategies that assist leaders and employees in adapting to significant changes. This position requires at least five years of experience in change enablement along with a professional certification. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to overcome barriers and champion change throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to inform change enablement strategies
• Manage stakeholder engagement and readiness activities
• Identify and mitigate risks to change adoption
• Lead project progress reporting and KPI development
